Woman’s Monthly Work Shop: June 12th (5:30-7:00PM) Once per month invest in your personal self care and wellbeing. We will practice breathing techniques, listen to guided meditations and heal our inner worlds using handcrafted singing bowls. Sound baths promote healing using sound frequencies that help move our energy and foster a more balanced self. After we come back to center we will create art utilizing different modalities of media. This two hour monthly session is medicine for the soul. I hope you will join me for this restorative workshop. Ages 18+ $40.00 / session All art supplies and materials included!
