Service Description

PRIVATE GROUP WORKSHOP Minimum 8 participants. $30.00/person This request is to slow down the rush of stimuli to the brain. Sessions are 90 minutes. There will be 30min of meditation practice and 60 minutes of creativity. (All ages) Movement and the removal of devices prior to the start of class will help the mind relax into the practice. Suggested prior to start of each class: - No screens (tv, tablets, hand held phones with games, social media, videos etc.). 30min-1hr prior to start of class. - Low/Moderate activity prior to class. (Especially if you or your child find it challenging to sit or focus). Walking, moving, exercising, stretching, dancing etc. (If possible) - Reminders to you/child that this is a special time to relax the mind, create and age in balance. ALL MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED
