Service Description

Family Package 1: $175 monthly - Tuesday 5:00 - 6:30PM - **May choose in advance. Ex: first OR last Monday each month 5-6:30** - Mindfulness and meditation techniques, breathing, mindful activities and creative project. - Will gain early access to family paint nights, workshops, and other special events! - Skills Sets: Creating a safe space for children to gain confidence through creativity, take calculated risks in art through new ideas, motional regulation with life skills in mindfulness, meditation and breathwork.
